Turkey Meat Loaf

  • 1 lb. skinless white meat turkey, ground
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 c. oat bran
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper (optional)
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1/4 tsp. sage
  • 14 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp. celery salt
  • 4 Tbsp. chili sauce
  • Red pepper relish

Mix all ingredients, except red pepper relish, together and form into a loaf. Spread red pepper relish on top. Bake for 1 1/4 hours at 350º. Check with meat thermometer (170º) to be sure of doneness. Freezes well. Serves 4.
