Fat Intake Calculator

A single gram of fat contains about twice the number of calories (about nine) found in a gram of carbohydrates or proteins. Diets vary by individual, but as a baseline, the number of grams of fat you should consume per day can be obtained by dividing your desired body weight by three. For example, if your desired body weight were 150 pounds, your maximum daily fat intake would be 150 ÷ 3 = 50 grams. Below is a simple calculator to help you determine your daily fat intake.
